At Vicky Bunbury Design, we believe that great design happens when we work closely together, every step of the way. Our Signature 7-Step Process keeps communication clear and expectations aligned, making your journey to a beautiful, functional space smooth and enjoyable.
Phase 1
Project Initiation

The Consultation
We meet on-site for up to two hours to review your space, discuss your needs, and start exploring ideas. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed design proposal.
Phase 2
Design
Step 2
Trade Day
​We gather the trades to measure your space, review the scope, and collect quotes—laying the groundwork for your design concept and preliminary budget."

Step 3
Concept & Budget Review
We’ll share the design concept and preliminary budget with you, then use your feedback to fine-tune the presentation.
Step 4
Presentation
We’ll walk you through the complete design—construction drawings, elevations, renderings, selections, and more—with one round of revisions included if needed.
Phase 3
Project Implementation
Step 5
Ordering & Installations
Orders are placed, trades are booked, and installations begin. We schedule site visits to ensure everything is coming together exactly as envisioned in the design.
Step 6
Reveal Day
This is the exciting moment when everything comes together, and you get to see your design fully realized.
Step 7
Project Closure & Deficiencies
We review the completed space together and address any remaining deficiencies. All accounts are finalized, and you receive a project binder with all the details.
