For Nextlevel Modular Inc.’s non-combustible prefabricated home concept, Vicky Bunbury Design led the interior design, helping translate a performance-driven building approach into a home that feels refined, functional, and deeply livable.

The concept began with a clear idea: safer, smarter building should still feel warm, refined, and deeply livable.
The overall theme was refined, light-filled living in harmony with nature. A soft, neutral palette draws from the surrounding landscape, while natural wood, stone, and tile bring warmth, texture, durability, and a grounded sense of permanence.
In a modular home, there is no room for decorative thinking alone. Every choice has to earn its place. Finishes support durability. Layout supports efficient living. Sightlines create openness. Materials bring comfort, wellbeing, and quiet elegance into a performance-driven structure.
